Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
1.Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off.
2.Shipping fees does include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
3.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
4.If some product is damage, in order for us te reimburse you, we need prof that it was during the shipping stage, therefore we gently ask you to open the package in front of your DHL carrier, but if the damage occur during Customs stage, DHL and this website will not acknowledge responsibility's, since it was at the hand of a state agency of sovereign country.
5.No returns will occur, unless are damage then see paragraph 4, if the client refuses to clear customs duties, no money will be reimburse, since the customs are 100% clients responsibilities, although DHL has a systems that quickly dispatches customs bureaucracy to make things easier for the client.
6. If a package get lost, we will contact DHL first to open an investigation process, if no results are found, we give the costumer 100% of the money back, if for some reason it´s lots at Customs, please check paragraph4.
